While we take every precaution to protect your data, Laptech Services is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process, diagnostics, or parts installation. We strongly recommend that customers back up their data before submitting their devices for repair.
We are not liable for pre-existing hardware or software faults that may become apparent during or after our repair work. Our liability is strictly limited to the specific parts replaced and services rendered.
We may use high-quality third-party parts for repairs when OEM parts are unavailable or at the customer's request. Laptech Services provides a limited warranty on these parts, but we are not responsible for any secondary damage caused by parts failure outside the warranty period.
